FRANCHISING
I provide comprehensive franchise consultancy and franchise coaching services to set up a franchise chain for budding entrepreneurs. To do this, I first study the viability of the proposed business model and develop a suitable franchise model followed by guiding the entrepreneur to develop the right mindset to build and sustain the franchise chain. I also help in developing the brand and marketing communication strategies. To put it in a nutshell, I cover all aspects of franchising which are required to build a successful franchise chain from scratch to success.
FRANCHISE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
As a dedicated franchise coach, I assist aspiring entrepreneurs in building not only successful franchise chains but also standardising their franchise business operations by writing and producing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The process involves two pivotal phases: Phase I, focused on lead generation and efficient sales closure; and Phase II, which ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees. These SOPs are presented in engaging video formats, simplifying comprehension.

With a career spanning five decades, I've had the privilege of contributing to the world of business, marketing, and franchising. My background in Visual Communication has guided my path, driving a continuous quest for excellence and a genuine passion for assisting entrepreneurs in realizing their dreams. Over the years, I've played diverse roles, from Creative Head to Marketing and Franchise Consultant.

One of my notable achievements involves shaping successful franchise models. I've been fortunate to be part of the transformation of several businesses into thriving franchise chains, including the expansion of Jawed Habib's HairXpreso Salon franchise to over 100 salons across India. My contributions extend to Jetking Infotrain and numerous other ventures, totalling an impressive 1000 franchised units.
